- Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line
- Define where we compete and win across Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute RPM, Chronic Care, and adjacent opportunities
- Develop and execute the business plan, including growth priorities, revenue goals, customer strategy, and key performance metrics
- Establish the operating cadence and accountability required to scale the business
- Partner closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align investments and priorities with business needs
- Use customer, market, financial, and operational insights to continuously refine the strategy
