What they're looking for
- Build and maintain robust systems that create process visibility and support both internal reporting and regulatory compliance, leading cross-organizational collaboration on requirements and system architecture
- Optimize costs and vendor relationships , assessing software options for maximum value while managing budgets and renewal cycles with stakeholders across the organization
- Implement and manage security policies developed collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including hands-on onboarding/offboarding processes and compliance documentation
- Drive process improvements through data analysis, tracking and reporting KPIs, creating self-service tools and automation to reduce support tickets while building reliable systems that keep technology in the background
- Collaborate cross-functionally as the primary IT liaison to leadership and external partners, ensuring all teams have the technology support needed for their roles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred
