What they're looking for
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law, with an active bar membership in at least one US state
- At least 4 years of IP practice experience with a law firm, in-house role, or government agency (or a combination), with meaningful trademark and/or commercial IP experience
- Strong working knowledge of US trademark law and general knowledge of patent and copyright law
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ideally marketing, events, media, or brand-related
- Ability to manage a high volume of matters, prioritize across multiple stakeholders, and know when to escalate
