About the role
You’ll lead the physical security engineering team responsible for delivering, administering, and sustaining the technology that protects CoreWeave’s global data center footprint. As the technical and strategic lead for security systems across our data centers, colocation sites, and high-security environments, you’ll help ensure these systems are reliable, scalable, and compliant. What they're looking for
- You have 15+ years of experience in security, IT, physical systems engineering, or security technology deployment in enterprise environments
- You have 5+ years of experience managing or leading teams responsible for physical security system administration or commissioning
- You have advanced knowledge of Genetec Security Center (Synergis and Omnicast), access control hardware, CCTV architecture, and alarm systems
- You have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including networking concepts (VLANs, DHCP, NAT, subnetting), Windows Server administration, and REST APIs for system integrations
- You have proven experience supporting regulatory compliance efforts and preparing audit evidence
- You have strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives across sites or regions
