About the role
We’re hiring a Founding DevOps Engineer to help us build and scale secure, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure for a fast-moving startup. This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply technical, highly pragmatic, and able to move with urgency. You should be comfortable owning infrastructure end to end, writing code, improving developer velocity, and supporting enterprise-grade requirements without overengineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
- Experience with modern DevOps tooling such as:
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD systems

You’ll be working across cloud environments, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, and performance. We want someone who can make smart tradeoffs, automate aggressively, and keep systems fast, stable, and economical as we grow.
- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments
- Improve uptime, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our platform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines , deployment workflows, and internal developer tooling
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
- Strengthen our security posture across cloud, application, secrets, access control, and runtime environments
