What they're looking for
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications using a range of languages eg. TypeScript, React, Python, Go, with end-to-end ownership from concept to production
- Strong product instincts and a customer-first mindset, turning ambiguous problems into simple, impactful solutions
- Comfortability navigating complex, ambiguous challenges, bringing clarity and making sound technical decisions with minimal direction
- Experience working autonomously in fast-paced startup environments with a strong bias toward action
- Deep full-stack expertise, with the ability to build scalable backend systems and polished, high-performance user experiences
- Experience with modern infrastructure tools including AWS, Terraform, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes
