Configure manufactured devices for deployment, ensuring settings, firmware, and calibration are correct for each unit. Test manufactured hardware devices to verify they meet functional and quality specifications before shipment.
What they're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience directly working on hardware — designing, testing, debugging, assembly, or integration
- Hands-on experience with robotics hardware specifically — sensors, actuators, controllers, or full robotic systems
- Familiarity with software engineering tools such as Git, and AI development tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to collaborate closely and effectively with technicians, the engineering team, and operations teams to keep production moving

We are looking for a hands-on QA Manager to own the quality, configuration, and shipout of every hardware unit we manufacture. This role sits at the center of production — testing devices, debugging issues on the floor, building and maintaining test scripts and test hardware, and making sure every unit that leaves the facility meets the high bar we set for our products. You will work closely with technicians, the engineering team, and operations to keep production moving without ever compromising on quality.
