About the role
As a crucial link between our clients and our technology, you will own the following areas: Client Relationship & Technical Stewardship: Provide comprehensive, high-touch technical and application support to key clients. Understand their unique tax operations, product usage patterns, and service requirements.
What they're looking for
- We are looking for an action-oriented professional with a strong technical foundation and exceptional customer-facing skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Application Support, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management)
- Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot enterprise software, understand database structures, or assist in application configuration
- Communication Power: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Execution & Ownership: A self-starter mindset. You are comfortable working independently under general supervision, but you also thrive in highly collaborative team settings
