About the role
Own, manage, and prioritize the technical backlog—balancing foundational capabilities (authentication/IAM, billing, e-commerce, onboarding, shared services) with technical debt and active vulnerability remediation. Act as the primary technical advocate and liaison for numerous internal application and engineering teams (internal customers). Deeply understand their business requirements to identify common application patterns and champion scalable, platform-level shared solutions.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product/development team leadership experience, with a proven track record as a Technical Product Manager defining, prioritizing, and delivering complex features
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in high-performing Agile/XP teams, demonstrating a deep familiarity with XP rituals, story writing, and agile software development practices
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with cloud-native platforms, platform engineering concepts, and foundational architecture layers (e.g., identity/authentication, e-commerce, billing, or shared platform services)
- Active, practical usage of modern AI tools in your current product management workflow (e.g., using LLMs for story writing, brainstorming, and accelerating product delivery activities)
- A strong product mindset (rather than pure project/program management) focused on customer value, user empathy, and high proactive initiative
