About the role
Provide dedicated, high-touch technical support for C-level executives and designated VIP staff in Irving, ensuring their productivity and endpoints are never interrupted. Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize high-tech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) running on Neat, Crestron, and Lenovo hardware. Ensure seamless audio/visual connectivity for executive presentations and meeting spaces.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, however, equivalent practical, hands-on experience is highly valued and accepted
