What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical work experience)
- Core .NET Expertise: 5-8+ years of experience developing scalable applications using modern Object-Oriented Programming languages, with advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8+
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Seasoned experience with ASP.NET Core APIs, modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred, React acceptable), and hands-on cloud environment execution with GCP and CI/CD pipelines
- Data & Cloud Infrastructure: Strong SQL skills with experience handling various database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or BigQuery) and Cloud Platforms
- System Ownership & AI Tooling: Proven track record of platform-wide troubleshooting, system ownership, and hands-on experience using modern AI-assisted development tools, LLM APIs, and agentic workflows
- .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, Agentic AI, SQL Server, Test Driven Development (TDD), Solution-Oriented Thinking
