- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus 8 + years of direct sales experience
- Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate in a senior-level client director role
- Network: Strong industry connections within commercial real estate (lending/banking, REIT, retail, and franchise)
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to acquire new customer relationships and exceed individual sales targets
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Consultative and collaborative style
