Strategic Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational excellence. Oversee resource allocations across multiple projects to maximize productivity and client satisfaction. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
