About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer to define what consumer healthcare should feel like. Counsel is leading the way to a world where every person has a trusted, AI-enabled doctor in their pocket. You’ll design that experience end-to-end, from a patient’s first question through advice, prescriptions, labs, and referrals.
What they're looking for
- You’ve shipped consumer products people love, ideally in early-stage startups or high-growth, dynamic environments
- You’re an early adopter of the latest design tools: Claude, Paper, Remotion, etc. You’re producing high quality work while reimagining how we work
- You’re AI-native, you’re building tools to automate the routine parts of your work so you can focus on the highest impact areas
- You’re technical. Code may not be your primary medium, but you’re fluent enough to prototype in it and collaborate deeply with engineers
- You care deeply about people and creating positive outcomes for their health
