About the role
As Head of Legal, you will be Courier Health's first dedicated legal hire, reporting directly to the CFO. You will build the legal infrastructure that lets a high-growth Series B company operate smoothly and serve as a trusted strategic resource for leadership.

- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or digital health environments
- Familiarity with state privacy law (CCPA, CPRA) and evolving AI/data governance frameworks
- Experience supporting fundraising rounds, equity management, or board governance
- Prior experience as a company's first or sole in-house counsel
