- Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
- Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A) will be a plus point
- Proficient in English
- Pleasant appearance
- Familiar with using computer
- Good guest relations and communication skills

Job Title: Front Office
Role Purpose: Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out process, and providing friendly and courteous service in meeting all guest needs.
