About the role
Crafty’s Senior Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program while supporting their client site. They deliver the highest quality client experience, centered around hospitality and operational excellence. This role goes beyond completing tasks: Seniors own the outcomes of the site and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client relationship.

Crafty’s Senior Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program while supporting their client site. They lead day-to-day execution while managing the “complexity of the location” (high-touch clients and/or complex accounts), and are accountable for the written narrative shared with clients (recaps, budgets, and performance updates).
Crafty is looking for a Senior Associate whose responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Site Ownership : Own the outcomes of the site, not just the task list—audit, improve, and proactively problem-solve to improve efficiency and experience
