We're looking for the person who will define what design means at Credal. You'll be the first design hire and you'll own the function. Today, our engineering is ahead of our storytelling. The gap between what we've built and how clearly a user grasps it in the first thirty seconds is the single highest-leverage problem we can hand to one person. That's this role.
