About the role
As the Associate Project Manager – Operations, you will support the day-to-day execution of CREW’s field deployments with wastewater utility partners. You will be responsible for managing product dosing and logistics, data collection, and partner communications to ensure projects run smoothly and meet their targets. You will interface with vendors and manufacturers to ensure on-time procurement and that our systems are meeting our specifications.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, utilities, field deployments, or a related area
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Operations Management
- Outstanding communication skills, both internal and external facing
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer success and satisfaction in operational deployments
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities in parallel
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and basic operational tools (Excel/Sheets, project management software, etc.)

As the Associate Project Manager – Operations, you will support the day-to-day execution of CREW’s field deployments with wastewater utility partners. You will play a key role in ensuring our dosing and sampling operations deliver process intensification results and greenhouse gas removal. You will be responsible for enabling CREW’s operations team, coordinating cross-functionally across the organization, and acting as the first point of contact for any system troubleshooting or issues by our partners in the field, as well as collecting their feedback and improvement suggestions.
Support day-to-day operations at partner wastewater utilities including scheduling, dosing execution, tracking, and hitting site targets.
