What they're looking for
- Collaborate with and support the partner channel teams in facilitating and negotiating deals with partners,
- Use standardized contract review and risk-assessment processes, including documenting contracts and obligations, and use contract and matter management tools and software,
- Develop and improve form agreements and negotiation playbooks to drive consistency, reduce cycle time, and enable the Legal team to scale effectively,
- Create and deliver training to business teams on legal best practices, effective engagement with the Legal team, and relevant legal and regulatory developments, and
- Coordinate with other internal team members on cross-functional issues, including privacy, security, compliance, and product, as needed
- At least 6 - 8 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company in the SaaS industry,
