What they're looking for
- Lead end-to-end design from problem framing and research through interaction design, prototyping, validation, and implementation
- Design workflows for detection creation and management, alert review, investigation, triage, search pivots, threat coverage, normalization, and enrichment
- Apply security judgment to evidence, provenance, confidence, severity, permissions, auditability, destructive actions, and operational risk
- Design AI-assisted and agentic experiences that make intent, context, sources, capabilities, uncertainty, and user approval clear
- Use Cribl’s design system and contribute reusable components, patterns, guidance, and interaction models when the work has broader value
- Work expertly in Figma for exploration, prototyping, documentation, collaboration, and handoff, including libraries, variables, components, variants, and tokens
