About the role
Cyera is seeking a Partner Enablement Architect to design, deliver, and continuously evolve world-class enablement programs across our 360 degree partner ecosystem. This is a practitioner role at its core — you will spend meaningful time both developing high-quality courseware and standing in front of partners to deliver it, whether in a focused one-hour virtual session, an immersive one-day workshop, or a multi-day bootcamp. What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or partner/channel enablement — preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led training to external audiences, including multi-day workshops or bootcamps, both in person and virtually
- Strong instructional design skills, with a track record of building curricula that improve real-world performance — not just knowledge transfer
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable commanding a room of varied technical and business personas and adapting on the fly
- Proven ability to own and maintain courseware over time, including keeping content current with rapid product evolution
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and drive programs end to end
