About the role
Cyera is seeking a Program Manager, Identity Security - Customer Success to design, own, and optimize scalable programs that help our customers adopt and get lasting value from Cyera’s identity security solutions. This role is a key interface between the Customer Success team, Product, and Sales Engineering, and will balance program management, content creation, and execution. What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, program management, enablement, or learning & development, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record designing and delivering programs that improve customer adoption or field performance
- Working knowledge of identity security concepts, including IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO and MFA, and Zero Trust
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated visual design ability and proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and editing skills, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
