About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Solution Architect Team Lead to lead and grow our US-based OCTO Scanning team. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with people leadership, owning the most complex customer engagements while guiding and mentoring a team of Solution Architects.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role—preferably in the data security or cloud platform space
- 2+ years in a leadership position
- Proven track record leading and mentoring engineers/architects in fast-paced environments and complex technical initiatives
- Experience working on Federal accounts
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and lead through influence and trust
