About the role
The anticipated salary range for this position is $218,312 - $233,137. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role. - Juris Doctorate (JD) or foreign university equivalent and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction required
- 2-5+ years of relevant legal experience, consisting of either large law-firm experience or in-house commercial contracting experience, or a combination of both
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong results with limited resources, under tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial implications of business transactions and strategy development processes
