This role will own the infrastructure, processes, and frameworks for testing the systems end to end, enabling the development team for consistent test driven development, and determine how to best leverage AI for the most efficient and effective test coverage.
Proven history of large system performance and reliability testing in a complex system
Strong background in automation frameworks and enabling developer TDD
Experience leveraging AI to scale system testing: generation, maintenance, and triage of testing
Strong coding experience in Python, Go, or Rust
Test data management and tracking
