- As Cyngn scales its production deployments of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), we are seeking a highly capable Field Services Engineer to join our growing team. This role is essential to the success of our customer deployment production operations and requires both technical skill and field service acumen.
- Based in Mountain View, CA, this role involves frequent travel to customer sites to support, maintain, and troubleshoot our deployed robotic systems.
- This position bridges hands-on hardware interaction, field maintenance, software updates, and close collaboration with engineering and operations teams. You will be a key player in keeping our production systems running smoothly in real-world customer environments.
What you'll do
