About the role
The Manager - Accounting is a leader of the core accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of DailyPay’s financial statements. Alongside Corporate Accounting leadership, you will establish operational objectives for the accounting team, orchestrate the month-end close process, and manage critical relationships both inside & outside of DailyPay. - 6+ Years of Experience: Progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, or "Big 4" public accounting environment
- Analytical Skills: Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail
- ERP Mastery: Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and reconciliation software (e.g., Numeric), with a track record of driving large-scale system implementations or optimizations
- Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex financial challenges and establish long-term work plans that align with broader organizational goals
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional ability to articulate complex financial results and technical accounting issues to non-financial stakeholders and executive leadership
- CPA Certification: Active CPA license is preferred
