As the School Partnerships Manager at Daivergent, you will build relationships with high school special education departments throughout Arizona and introduce schools to Daivergent’s school-based, VR-funded Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. These programs focus on job exploration counseling, work-based learning experiences, higher education counseling, workplace readiness training, and self-advocacy instruction through virtual group coaching.

As the School Partnerships Manager at Daivergent, you will build relationships with high school special education departments throughout Arizona and introduce schools to Daivergent’s school-based, VR-funded Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. These programs focus on job exploration counseling, work-based learning experiences, higher education counseling, workplace readiness training, and self-advocacy instruction through virtual group coaching.
You will serve as Daivergent’s in-person presence at schools, Arizona vocational rehabilitation offices, conferences, community events, and program launches. Although Daivergent’s instruction is delivered virtually by remote coaches, you will build trust locally, collect referral paperwork, coordinate technology delivery, help set up laptops, support students during the initial days of service, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
This is a highly independent, field-based role responsible for opening new school partnerships and helping eligible students enroll. Success will be measured primarily by the number of new school relationships established and the number of new students successfully brought into Daivergent...
