About the role
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Dandelion's AI developer business across the AHA AI TORCH, direct training and validation partnerships, and the Clinical AI Marketplace Build a strong pipeline of AI developers for the AHA AI TORCH; guide clients through the TORCH process, ensuring clarity, rigor, and satisfaction Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably with AI developers, clinical AI, or healthcare data products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a robust pipeline
- Strong understanding of the AI development, medical device, and digital health industries
- Experience working with healthcare data (structured, unstructured, imaging, waveforms) or the technical fluency to be credible with ML and data science teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations and communicate value to senior executives
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

We partner with health systems to safely and ethically make their de-identified patient data available to AI developers. Currently, the data is acquired from Sharp HealthCare, Sanford Health, and Texas Health Resources – with two additional U.S. health systems joining soon.
We have clinical data dating back to July 1, 2016. This data represents over 10 million patients and includes but is not limited to:
