About the role
Launch Trainers are essential to delivering a world-class onboarding experience at Dandy. You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in-person—to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who loves teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes.
What they're looking for
- Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows
- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change
- Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely
- Highly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through
