About the role
Dashlane is hiring a People Operations Lead (Senior IC) to drive US generalist operations while shaping global HR initiatives and modernizing our workflows through smart automation. You’ll join a collaborative team spanning New York, Paris, and Lisbon, reporting directly to our global Director, People.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a tech startup in People/HR space or other experience with strong project management and communications skills
- Broad Capability & Passion for HR: Strong foundational knowledge across core HR domains, with a drive and ability to learn quickly and operate autonomously
- Proactive & Autonomous Execution: Self-directed mindset with great time management skills, able to bring well-formed proposals forward independently while modeling healthy work-life boundaries
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and translate People data (like engagement surveys or retention trends) into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Exceptional execution skills with a track record of keeping operational details structured and error-free
- Empathetic & Engaging Style: Strong interpersonal skills that enable genuine connections, effective team collaboration, and a deep understanding of employee needs
