We are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to own and lead a company-wide portfolio of security programs spanning Trust & Safety Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Platform Security, Security Operations, Product Security, and IT.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering program management, security program management, or an equivalent technical leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to translate security, privacy, policy, and compliance objectives into technical strategy, architecture decisions, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical strategies to executive engineering leaders
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to accelerate program strategy, technical problem-solving, analysis, and automation
