What they're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in revenue, sales operations, FP&A, business analyst or consulting roles demonstrating a solid foundation in finance and business principles
- Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets, enabling effective management and analysis of large datasets with precision and accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly establish trust, credibility, and influence across diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, showcasing an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and subscription-based businesses
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and analytical prowess
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively presenting to teams of diverse functions and hierarchical levels, fostering collaboration and understanding
