We need someone who operates at CTO-level. Someone who can take a vague problem, scope it, build it end-to-end, and ship something that actually provides value. Backend-heavy, AI-native, able to go full stack when needed. No hand-holding. No waiting for specs. You're a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. Former founder is a strong plus. Own large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production.

We raised $3M from YC and angels like Aravind (CEO Perplexity) and Rahul Vohra (Superhuman) to build the agentic operating system for the enterprise. We have thousands of agents deployed across scale-up startups and Fortune 500 companies. We have PMF and are doubling revenue every month. And we have far more enterprise inbound than we can handle.

Work at the frontier of AI engineering: context engineering, tool use, agent architectures.
Talk to users. Understand their pain. Scope features that actually solve problems.
Push AI-first development — Claude Code, coding agents, automation. You should be obsessed with scaling yourself.
