· Partner with Delinea business teams (including senior executives) and external counsel as needed, to artfully negotiate and draft, and strategically counsel stakeholders on, a wide range of global commercial agreements with a focus on sales and other go-to-market initiatives · Research and advise on global commercial transaction-related privacy and regulatory matters
