About the role
As VP of Engineering, you will own and scale Delphi’s engineering organization as we move into our next phase of exponential growth. You’ll set the technical vision, build high-performance teams, and partner closely with product, design, and leadership to to support the next phase of Delphi. This is a role for someone who wants to help shape the future of human connection, scale wisdom for billions, and build something that will outlast us all.

- 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years leading teams of 10+ engineers in a hyper-growth, high-expectation environment
- A proven track record of building teams and shipping large-scale, high-impact systems
- Executive communication skills: can translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- First-principles thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and inventing new playbooks
- Ability to build an ownership-driven engineering culture where teams consistently exceed expectations, beat deadlines, and take complete responsibility for their domains
