About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) to drive our growth and support our expanding customer base across the European market. You will serve as the primary technical bridge between our R&D/product teams and our European customers (OEMs and End-users).

- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an FAE, Commissioning Engineer, or Automation Engineer specifically within the packaging machinery industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in another major European language (e.g., German, Italian, or French) is a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 40-50% depending on customer needs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) to drive our growth and support our expanding customer base across the European market. You will serve as the primary technical bridge between our R&D/product teams and our European customers (OEMs and End-users).
The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in the packaging machinery industry, with deep technical expertise in Flowpack (Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal / HFFS) and Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) applications.
- Provide expert-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support to European customers, ensuring seamless integration of our automation solutions into HFFS, VFFS, and Flowpack machinery.
- Conduct detailed technical assessments of customer requirements and design customized engineering solutions (motion control, drives, PLC programming, and HMI integration).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site or remotely, minimizing customer downtime and ensuring optimal machine performance.
