About the role
Own the end-to-end post-sale journey, from deployment scoping through onboarding, production, full adoption, and value realization, leading AI agent implementations that translate customer supply chain workflows into scalable automations. Dig into customer processes in detail: map the workflow, identify exactly where automation should be applied, then configure, test, and tune agent behavior directly without always waiting on an engineering sprint.

- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and agentic AI—a CS foundation means you can get up to speed fast and go deep when needed
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution
- Proven experience (or clear aptitude) for leading complex, customer-facing initiatives from kickoff through full adoption
- Strong communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations
