Role Overview The Personal Lines Account Manager (New Business) is responsible for managing new business client onboarding, processing submissions, quoting personal lines policies (Auto, Home, Umbrella, and Flood), and supporting producers through policy issuance. This full-time onsite role combines client relationship management, carrier communication, and technical Agency Management System (AMS) workflow administration.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (required). • Insurance Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of experience in insurance account management or customer service.
