The Title Agency Manager in Greenwood, indiana directs all operations of MVP National Title’s Greenwood office and holds principal accountability for title and closing production, escrow compliance, staffing, client relationships, and financial performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operations Direct all title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations. Resolve escalated title issues, curative matters, and complex transactions. Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and quality controls. Compliance and Underwriter Relations Administer escrow accounts in accordance with state and underwriter requirements. Ensure compliance with Indiana title insurance regulations and underwriter guidelines. Serve as the primary liaison with title underwriters.
