About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations across the Machine Shop, Clean Line, Robotic Assembly, and Automated Anodize Line . This role is critical to ensuring production targets are met with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Hands-on experience in fast paced technical/manufacturing environment
- Comfortable using ERP and MES systems, experience with production tracking tools preferred
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
- Willingness to spend time on the production floor to coach and support frontline staff
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees, including providing direction to and scheduling work of assigned staff
