About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Inspection & Metrology Supervisor to lead daily inspection and measurement activities across production and development environments. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, compliance, and data integrity through robust inspection processes and strong technical leadership.
What they're looking for
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with inspection, metrology, and quality within a fast-paced aerospace/automotive manufacturing or production environment
- 2+ years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role, with direct responsibility for coaching and performance management
- Strong working knowledge of metrology operations and programming (PC-DMIS, Calypso, Zeiss inspect, verisurf, or equivalent), including execution in high-mix production
- Proficient in GD&T with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and translate them into effective inspection strategies
- Experience with a variety of metrology & inspection tools, including CMMs, portable arms, laser/structured-light scanners, & conventional precision instruments (manual inspection, borescopes, comparators, etc)
