About the role

Ten years in and on track to reach $50M in annual revenue this year, DNSFilter is entering a defining phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO owns Finance and Accounting in full and is accountable for the numbers that guide the company's decisions. It is a role with genuine authority, a seat at the executive table, and a direct line to the board.

What they're looking for

  • Proven experience as a CFO at a company in the $50M to $200M revenue range, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Direct, hands-on experience leading finance through a significant transaction, such as M&A

  • Experience integrating acquired companies' financials into a single reporting structure
  • Experience working closely with a board and CEO in a scaleup environment
  • A reputation for strong cross-functional partnership and clear, proactive communication, supported by references
