What they're looking for
- 4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping
- Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated experience configuring lead routing, assignment rules, and territory models
- Experience running bulk data operations and imports with appropriate testing and validation
- A working habit of testing before deploying and documenting what you changed
