About the role
We're looking for technically strong, product-minded engineers who enjoy working directly with customers to solve complex problems and rapidly build solutions that become part of the Doppel platform. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with customer empathy, product intuition, and the ability to execute independently in ambiguous environments. Build customer-facing applications, workflows, and product capabilities that solve real enterprise problems.
What they're looking for
- Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications (Python preferred)
- Familiarity with AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is a strong plus
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise and non technical customers to solve technical problems
- Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
