About the role
We are looking for people with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of experience, along with a technology enthusiast's mindset and a passion for learning and continuous improvement. You will bring hands-on experience across the front end, back end, and database layers, and be comfortable collaborating closely with team members across several departments.

- Server-side development using frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or PHP, with a preference toward Ruby on Rails
- Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Familiarity with database design, object-oriented programming paradigms, and functional programming paradigms
- Modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
