About the role
As a Recruiting Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruiting by being a trusted advisor for early-stage startups. You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on strategy and relationship-building while working with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters to fulfill the needs of your customers. You'll also have the opportunity to build out your team and manage Associate Recruiters.

- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to your customers
