About the role
We're looking for a Semi-Senior UX Researcher to own research initiatives across our sports betting products in Mexico (Draftea) and Brazil (Pitaco) — and future markets as we grow This person will be key to discover new business opportunities. You will work directly with the Product, Growth, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure every strategic decision is supported by real user evidence.

- 1-3 years of experience in UX Research or Consumer Insights
- Experience working on B2C digital products
- Experience executing end-to-end research (design, execution, analysis, communication)
- Strong analytical capacity and structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
