You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization, and — with the help of the broader People team — manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding, including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews.

- - Bachelor's degree
- - 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management
- - Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
- - High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience
